Rules Of The Pool
1. Shower before and after using our facilities
2. No diving.
3. No food, sweets, or chewing gum allowed in the facility.
4. No use of foul language.
5. No running on the premises.
6. Facility is not responsible for items left behind. Please ensure you have all belongings before leaving. Contact a member of staff immediately if anything is missing.
7. No glass items permitted.
8. Do not contaminate the pool.
9. No fake tan or make-up to be worn in the pool.
10. Hair extensions and long hair must be tied up in a plait, bun, or covered with a swim cap at all times. This rule applies to ALL genders
11. No petting or intimacy allowed.
12. CCTV is active and monitored at all times for safety and security.
13. No smoking.
14. No drugs or alcohol. Anyone under the influence of intoxicating substances will be asked to leave.
15. Leave the facility as you find it and on time.
16. Steam room occupancy is limited to 4 persons for a maximum of 20 minutes.
17. Facility use is at your own risk.
18. Supervision is required for those under 16 at all times.
19. No persons under 16 are allowed to use gym equipment or the steam room.
20. No personal play toys allowed – including balls of any kind, floats with glitter, small floating toys, or diving toys. And all floats,swim aids and toys must be taken home and disposed of.
21. All children and Adults that wear nappies, must adhere to our double nappy policy – a proper swim nappy with a neoprene cover on top. And these must NOT be placed in the sanitary bin.
22. Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
23. Any aggression, abuse, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate removal.
24. Overstaying your booking slot will result in a £100 penalty – no exceptions.
25. No jewellery allowed in the facilities.
26. Maximum of 5 persons in the spa at any time.
27. Do not dispose of nappies in sanitary bins this is for ladies sanitary products ONLY
28. No talcum powder is allowed anywhere on the premises.
29. Do not enter the pool if you have had sickness, diarrhoea, or vomiting in the past 48 hours.
30. Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times – no t-shirts, leggings, or outerwear.
31.NO face masks or hair masks to be worn in any part of our facilities
32. Please report any issues immediately to a member or staff
