Terms And Conditions
1. General Use
Anyone using the facilities on our premises supplied by OL must understand and abide by our rules and directions at all times.
2. Definitions
• “Facilities” refers to all exercise and recreational equipment available on-site, including but not limited to our pool, gym, and other amenities.
• “Rules” means the regulations that apply to all bookings and guest conduct. These are available within our pool house.
3. Amendments
Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will be available within our leisure house and on our website.
4. Bookings & Confirmations
Please ensure that all details in your Order Confirmation are accurate. If anything appears incorrect, contact OL as soon as possible.
5. Rights & Refusals
OL is an independent operator and reserves the right to modify products, policies, and bookings at its discretion. OL may refuse or reject individuals if reasonably deemed necessary.
6. Age & Usage
• Customers aged 16 and over are entitled to use the facilities for the reserved period agreed.
• Under 16s are not permitted to use the steam room or gym.
• Children under 3 years old or anyone wearing a nappy is not allowed to use the jacuzzi.
• All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests must not exceed their booking slot. A £100 penalty will be charged for overstaying, with no exceptions.
7. Opening Hours
Opening times are listed on our website and may be changed at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
8. Facility Availability
In the event that all facilities are unavailable, OL may offer a reschedule where appropriate.
We will also endeavour to contact you in advance if any individual facilities (e.g. steam room, jacuzzi, etc.) are out of order or unavailable.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds and cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
• Once a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled again under any circumstances.
10. Ladies Swims
• If you are subscribed to Ladies Swim sessions, you must cancel your own subscription if no longer required.
• Cancellations can be made via our website or by contacting our team on +44 7380 803851.
11. Swim Nappies
• We insist on a strict double nappy policy for all infants using the pool.
• This means a suitable swim nappy must be worn underneath a neoprene nappy cover.
• Both layers must be worn at all times while in the water.
12. No Outside Wear
• T-shirts, leggings, or other outer clothing are not permitted in any of the facilities.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
• You may be asked to vacate the pool if this policy is not adhered to.
13. Hair
• All long hair must be tied up in a plait, bun, or covered with a swim hat at all times while using the facilities.
• Guests must not use the facilities to trim or shave hair, beards, legs, or any other body parts.
14. Food & Drink
• No food, sweets, or chewing gum are allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Drinks may only be consumed from plastic bottles, and not within the facilities themselves (e.g. pool, steam room, gym).
15. CCTV
• CCTV is monitored at all times for safety and security purposes.
• Monitoring is carried out exclusively by female staff.

Limitation of Liability
• OL does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, linked parties, or events on-site.
• Individual safety is the responsibility of the user. OL is not liable for injury or death occurring on the premises or grounds.
• These terms do not restrict any rights you have as a consumer.

Conduct Expectations
• Guests must use the facilities as instructed and avoid misuse or negligent behavior.
• The lead booking party is responsible for any damage caused.
• All users must act reasonably and respectfully. Offensive or disruptive behavior toward staff, guests, or surroundings is not tolerated.
• OL may terminate a session and retain fees for breaches of conduct.

Appeals & Complaints
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident.
• OL will acknowledge all complaints within 28 days.

Serious Matters & Miscellaneous
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
• Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry or removed without refund.
• OL reserves the right to modify or withdraw any facility or service at any time.
• Private parties, large bookings, or unsuitable activities may be cancelled without compensation unless proven negligent.
• OL is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as equipment failure or maintenance.
